To all my musician friends, as well as to all those for whom music is not an empty sound, I congratulate you on the holiday - International Music Day! For the second time, I have the good fortune to celebrate this day by participating in the concert dedicated to the opening of the season of the Municipal Wind Orchestra of the City of Bilbao under the direction of José Rafael Pascual Vilaplana in the central hall of the city of Bilbao - Palacio Euskalduna.
