About the event

From February 22 to 26, I took part in the conference of the All American Choir Conductors Association as the official composer of the CCAA honorary treble choir. Conducted by Pearl Shangkuang, a choir of 300 people performed my work "Trisachion" for women's choir a cappella and solo violin.

I want to thank all my friends for the holiday they gave me during my stay in the USA. It was a significant event in my life, the memories of which I will keep in my heart forever.

Many thanks to the conductor Pearl Shangkuan for commissioning the work for me and for its beautiful performance by the 300-member girls' Honorary choir and the wonderful soloist - violinist Kirstin Greenlaw. Thanks to each of the girls who sang in the choir and gave me a piece of their soul and love. Thanks for the three hundred loud "Glory to Ukraine!" and "Glory to the heroes!" that sounded from their mouths!

Thanks to the American listeners for the standing ovation with which they greeted my music, me, and Ukraine in my person!

Thanks to representatives of the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) - Robyn Hilger, Joshua Habermann, Debbie Beckner for organizing my stay in Cincinnati and helping me prepare for this trip.

Thanks to my dear friends Julia Zavadsky, Kseniia Polstiankina Barrad, Simon Barrad, Natalie Kuzma Kravchuk, Iryna Voloshyna, Oksana Rodak, Brian Stevens and Alan Davis for being there, supporting, helping, entertaining and treating me!)))

A special big thank you to the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and Mr. Alain Barker for the warm welcome and the opportunity to meet and talk with the students of this glorious institution!

And, of course, a HUGE THANKS to my dear Marika Kuzma, who has been my real helper and Guardian Angel for several months now!

Hugs to you all, my dear friends!

I hope that we will definitely meet again!
