About the event
Today I received an unexpected and truly heartwarming gift!
As it turns out, my music has reached the distant shores of New Zealand!
My piece “Trisagion” for treble choir a cappella and solo violin was performed by the wonderful Kristin School Girls’ EUPHONY Choir under the direction of conductor David Squire.
The performance took place as part of the prestigious Singapore International Choral Festival 2025, where the choir was awarded a Gold medal and won first place! My sincere congratulations!
According to Mr. Squire, they wished to express their support for the Ukrainian people, who are suffering under russian aggression.
I am deeply grateful to everyone involved in this beautiful and heartfelt interpretation. What touched me most was that the girls sang the piece in Ukrainian entirely from memory - with absolutely stunning pronunciation and no accent at all!
It is my pleasure to share this video recording with you, dear friends.
If you are interested in purchasing the score for performance, feel free to contact me - I would be delighted to collaborate creatively.
